Information technologies in biomedical research
Efficiency of biomedical research depends on information technologies application. First of all this concerns to biomedical data processing and creation of new types of mathematical models. The recognition of functional dependencies of human organism oxygen transport function cha- racteristics and other characteristics of circulatory system obtained with special methods of clu- ster analysis will be presented. The cellular automata models of capillary network with wide range of complexity of behavior will be demonstrated. Some other special aspects of circulation will be considered.
